Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join Our Team at Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Health Center as an LPN! Full‑time and PRN opportunities available. $34-$45 an hour (all inclusive) Up to $2 an hour Shift Diff $6,000 Sign‑on Bonus for Full‑time $3,000 Sign‑on Bonus for Part‑time Same Day Pay! Responsibilities of LPN: Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment. Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC). Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided. Qualifications of LPN: A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Massachusetts. Ability to work with multiple patients at once. Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
