Embark on a transformative legal career at Vialto Law (US) LLP, where we help multinational organizations navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law with strategy, precision, and a human-centered approach.You will provide legal counsel, manage the preparation and file of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, and ensure high-quality client service delivery.You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients and their employees through immigration processes with empathy, care, and efficiency—delivering best-in-class legal services enabled by leading technology.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day U.S. business immigration client engagements, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective service delivery.Provide strong subject matter expertise on U.S. immigration law, addressing client and internal queries with confidence and sound judgment.Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for corporate clients and foreign national employees.Analyze agency trends and client contexts to offer practical recommendations and solutions.Represent Vialto Law in client discussions, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and the firm’s commitment to quality service.Support business development activities by contributing to thought leadership, client presentations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Coach and mentor team members, fostering collaboration, development, and engagement within a high-performing team culture.Use data and reporting to monitor case progress, inform legal strategy, and ensure compliance with firm standards.Stay current on U.S. immigration developments and proactively share insights with clients and team members.Uphold Vialto Law’s code of ethics and commitment to excellence in every engagement.QualificationsSenior Associate 6+ / Manager 8+ years of U.S. business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and AOS filings.Licensed and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.Experience managing legal teams or supervising junior attorneys/analysts in complex immigration matters.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Interest in leveraging technology and innovation to enhance client and employee experiences.Familiarity with project management approaches and a collaborative, adaptable work style.Committed to continuous learning, with an openness to using tools such as Vialto’s myMobility mobile app and staying informed through platforms like our Mobility Moments and Mobility Brand content on LinkedIn.Additional InformationLocation: U.S.-based opportunitiesRegular / Full TimeLocation: U.S.-based opportunitiesRegular / Full TimeSan Diego Office: 1420 Kettner Blvd., San Diego, CA 92101Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 - 5 days in the officeCompensation Range: $125,000 - $157,000Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, years of relevant experience, level of education, and overall qualifications.We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on any legally protected status.Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.Life at Vialto Vialto is unstoppable when we work together in a culture of belonging, where everyone can thrive.
