You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a technically strong and client-focused Senior Manager to join our expanding PCS practice. In this role, you will manage the delivery of U.S. tax compliance and planning services to globally mobile individuals and families, including U.S. citizens abroad, nonresidents with U.S. investments, and cross-border executives.You’ll play a critical role in delivering complex tax solutions, managing a team, and supporting the growth of a high-performing advisory practice in a fast-changing global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Technical ExecutionLead day-to-day client delivery for complex HNWI tax engagements with international components.Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and international information reporting (Forms 8938, 3520, 5471, etc.).Conduct technical research and provide tax planning on topics such as trust taxation, foreign investment structuring, and expatriation.Team SupervisionMentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring work quality and timely delivery.Collaborate with global colleagues across time zones and jurisdictions.Engagement ManagementDrive operational excellence across client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and workflow coordination.Contribute to the development of internal processes, templates, and knowledge tools.QualificationsCPA, EA, or JD required; MST or LLM a plus6–8 years of U.S. private client tax experience, ideally with cross-border exposureStrong understanding of U.S. international individual tax, trusts, and estate/gift rulesDemonstrated ability to manage projects, review technical work, and interact with clientsEagerness to grow technically and contribute to practice-building initiativesWhy Join UsCollaborate with globally recognized experts in private client taxBuild a career in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environmentOperate in a non-federated environment facilitating a larger market to penetrate unlike the Big 4 worldCompetitive compensation with performance-based bonusAdditional Information This is a Hybrid role coming into the office 2-3 times a week.Compensation range: $112,300- 170,000We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.Department:Global Mobility Tax
