Workers' Compensation Case Manager

Managing a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases remotely, the full-time Workers' Compensation Case Manager will assist in case progression from intake to settlement while ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries Required qualifications Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
