Roofing/Siding Service Technician - Level 3

Job description Exterior Service Technicians & Lead Technician (FT). Carpenter (FT). Location Onalaska, WI (all local jobs – no overnight travel required) What You’ll Do: As a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter, you’ll take on a wide variety of projects that keep every day fresh and rewarding: Diagnostics & Repairs. Engage with customers to identify areas of concern. Diagnose leaks and damage on roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, insulation and gutters. Document with photos, prepare estimates, and review repairs with homeowners. Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and with pride. Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and progress. Deliver high-quality work and provide follow-up for peace of mind. Represent First American with professionalism on every jobsite. Participate in training and development to sharpen your skills. General carpentry skills required. Roofing, siding and/or insulation installation experience preferred. Trailer hauling experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
