Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join their team. As a Workday Integration Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting enterprise-wide HR and financial systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Workday Integration Developer

Location: Madison, WI - Remote - Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents.

Duration: 12 + months with highly possible extension

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale ERP integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Orchestrate.
• Translate complex functional requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes and data accuracy.
• Implement and support Workday security configurations and reporting functionalities.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 15+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale ERP integrations and related technologies such as web services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST.
• Strong experience with Workday, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Orchestrate.
• Proven ability to convert complex functional requirements into technical designs.
• Deep understanding of Workday security and reporting functionalities.
• Current residency in Wisconsin; remote work is not permitted, and relocation is not available.
