Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Level III NICU unit. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional care to our most vulnerable patients.
Shift Information
Shift: Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Block Schedules: No
Hours per Week: 36 or 48 hours considered
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse in the NICU will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to infants in a high-risk Level III NICU environment.
- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, implementing nursing plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Administering medication and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Educating and supporting families regarding care processes and infant health issues.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Two years of minimum NICU experience required.
- Current NRP and STABLE certifications are mandatory.
- Previous travel experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
