Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Gaithersburg is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven leader to join our team as a Sales Manager in Training . This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels at sales and member engagement and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

We’re looking for more than a strong individual salesperson. We want someone who can lead from the front —driving their own results while coaching, motivating, and developing a front desk team to do the same.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance and drive success. Sales Leads earn a combination of hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $45,000 depending on performance.
