Your schedule: This customer service position typically works Monday-Friday and every other Saturday.

What You'll Do

• Respond to internet leads
• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Build relationships through phone, text, and email
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain CRM activity
• Confirm appointments
• Work closely with the Sales Team
• Deliver exceptional customer service
