Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner LTC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Full Time) ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions offers unique and individualized care to the aging population, those with developmental disabilities and those suffering from extreme trauma. Our clients are supported by a team of mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers and psychiatrists to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve. Responsibilities Perform face‑to‑face assessments and ongoing psychiatric visits with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Maintain current patient records that clearly state problems, plans, actions, goals, and changes as they occur. Instruct client caregivers. Manage client medications. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. PMHNP license required. Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services. Outpatient and tele‑psychiatry experience preferred. Willingness to work with a variety of ages including children and adolescents. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
