Outpatient Physical Therapist - Primary Ortho, Geriatrics Leaning
The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. This role encompasses the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients, aiming to design functional treatment programs that facilitate effective return to community activities.
Document medical records in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, adhering to state, federal, and clinic guidelines.
Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval.
Participate in the student program as assigned, providing a positive learning environment and appropriate supervision.
Understand the organization’s performance improvement methodology to enhance service quality.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
