Responsibilities

· Inspect parts using visual inspection techniques and precision measurement tools

· Support First Article Inspections and revision verification

· Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspections of molded and finished plastic components

· Assist with SPC initiatives and customer quality requirements

· Support quality plans and production start-ups

· Document, investigate, and help resolve non-conformances

· Collaborate with Engineering, Molding, and Finishing teams

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 2 years of plastics manufacturing experience

· Strong cosmetic inspection knowledge of plastic parts

· Experience using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges

· Familiarity with CMM equipment and inspection techniques

· Basic SPC knowledge and computer proficiency

· Strong communication and documentation skills

· Pay: $23–$24/hour DOE

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
