Solo Placement Lead

Role Overview Lincolnshire NEST (Nacro Education, Support and Transition) Youth Housing is a national social justice charity committed to supporting disadvantaged young people aged 16-21 in Lincolnshire. We partner with Lincolnshire County Council Children Services to provide safe, homey support homes for one young person each. Responsibilities Coordinate the full support package for the Young Person in your home. Lead the multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, person‑centred care that builds trust and improves independence. Facilitate creative support sessions, action planning, safety planning and monitoring of progress. Encourage the Young Person to set goals (e.g., meal planning, education access, life skills) and recognise achievements. Document progress using the required paperwork and reporting systems. Qualifications & Requirements Enhanced and Barred DBS check. Full employment and education history available for reference. At least one satisfactory reference from your current or most recent employer. Empathetic, creative and solutions‑oriented mind. Resilient, calm under pressure and fosters positive communication. Thrives on creativity and can think on their feet. Committed to lone working and ensuring safety within the home. Shift Pattern and Dress Code The role requires shift work (mornings, afternoons and evenings) on a rolling rota with no overnight working. The dress code is smart casual.
