• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence

• Hire, train, coach, and develop both management and hourly team members to achieve operational excellence
• Drive financial performance by managing sales, P&L performance, budgets, labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and overall profitability
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example during service and ensuring elevated hospitality standards
• Develop staffing strategies, oversee recruiting efforts, and support hiring, onboarding, and leadership development
• Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and revenue growth
• Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, organization, and presentation are consistently executed throughout the restaurant
• Build meaningful relationships with guests while proactively resolving service concerns and enhancing the overall dining experience
• Partner with corporate and regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and achieve operational objectives
• Foster an engaging, positive, and performance-driven culture that attracts, develops, and retains top hospitality talent Requirements:
• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 2+ years as a General Manager in upscale, luxury, or high-volume dining environments
• Proven success leading large teams while consistently delivering strong financial and operational results
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, labor planning, inventory controls, and restaurant financial metrics
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and develop management teams and future leaders
• Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Professional presence with a passion for delivering elevated hospitality and exceptional guest satisfaction
