Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel job in Hilo, Hawaii. This position involves independently performing a variety of radiation therapy treatments, simulations, treatment planning, and fabrication of specialized treatment aides in accordance with physician instructions. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with the Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and ARIA electronic medical record systems. Applicants are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. Job Details Location: Hilo, Hawaii Shift: Rotating shifts, with work on weekends and holidays. Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a Radiation Therapist, current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy (T), BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and at least 2 years of progressive imaging technologist/specialist experience demonstrating thorough knowledge of imaging procedures and/or techniques. Additional Information: Candidate must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend the employee health appointment on Friday. This position is classified as normal urgency and requires working on weekends and holidays.
