Athletic Coordinator

Requirements / Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma required; 1-2 years previous experience functioning as a coach in a similar work environment required. Must be 21 years old or older. Familiar with CIF athletics; CIF sports regulations. Flexible schedule required (includes evenings and weekends, as needed) Required Licenses and/or Certificates: CPR, AED for the Professional Rescuer, Oxygen Administration and First Aid Certified. Must possess an appropriate California Driver's License and maintain possession of such license during the course of employment. Have an acceptable driving record. Must be insurable at standard rates by District's insurance carrier and maintain such insurability during the course of employment. The Athletic Coordinator serves as a key resource for coaches, students, and school leaders, helping manage athletic operations, support program growth, and promote sportsmanship, professionalism, and respect across all levels of competition. The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative leader who is passionate about student success and committed to creating positive athletic experiences for students and families.
