Job Responsibilities

• Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy strategies designed to help them meet their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based approaches to advance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Coach patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage continued progress at home
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients stay focused on their goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications

Licensure

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
