Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their specific goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Activities: Apply scientifically validated methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living skills.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to encourage ongoing improvement at home.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path.

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and relevant certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
