Registered Nurse Medical Unit Full Time Night Shift

Work Shift Rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (United States of America). RNs with 3+ years of experience will be scheduled for every third weekend and every other holiday. Pay The pay range for this position is listed below. The position may also be eligible for a Sign-On Bonus of up to $15,000. Unit Overview The Adult C Unit is a 26‑bed, structured therapeutic environment for adults. Patients learn to understand their diagnoses, develop a crisis response plan, use healthy coping skills, and set and complete goals. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, and defining interventions. Provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends. Review physician prescriptions, communicate care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare providers. Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self‑care skills. Document patient care services in department records and maintain accurate charts. Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection‑control policies, medication administration protocols, and controlled substance regulations. Keep patient care equipment operating and supplies ready by checking stock. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience Registered Nurse (RN) – Board of Nursing license, active in the state of practice upon hire.
