You will work with modern environments including cloud and distributed systems, contributing to audits that shape how we manage risk across the business. In this role, you’ll perform and evolve audit testing across IT General Controls (Information Technology General Controls) and Service Organization Control reporting. You will uncover risks, strengthen controls and influence better business decisions, helping Global Payments deliver secure, reliable solutions that shape the future of commerce. What You’ll Own Execute IT audit testing across cloud, mainframe and distributed environments, driving stronger control effectiveness and reducing risk exposure Evaluate IT General Controls and automated business process controls, ensuring secure, reliable and compliant systems across the organization Translate business and technology processes into clear risk insights that improve how controls are designed and operated Deliver high-quality audit documentation and insights that inform decisions and strengthen governance outcomes Identify root causes behind control gaps and contribute actionable recommendations that improve long‑term performance Influence audit outcomes by communicating clear findings and practical solutions to stakeholders and leadership Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen audit methodologies, tools and processes Build trusted relationships across teams, strengthening the visibility and impact of the Audit Services Group What You Bring 1 to 3 years of experience in audit, risk management or a related field, with a foundation in auditing principles and practices Knowledge of IT control frameworks such as Sarbanes Oxley, Service Organization Control (SOC1 and SOC2) reporting and Trust Services Criteria Understanding of information technology controls, including access management, change management and system operations Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, evaluate controls and deliver clear insights Ability to manage priorities, adapt to change and take ownership of deliverables in a fast‑paced environment Effective communication skills that enable you to share findings and build alignment across teams A curious, growth‑driven mindset with the motivation to expand your skills in technology, risk and audit Our Perks ‑ What We’ll Bring For You A competitive salary and benefits package that recognizes your contribution Opportunities to grow your skills and build your career within a global business Access to learning, development and on‑the‑job experiences that expand your expertise A supportive, inclusive team environment where your ideas and input matter Time to give back through community and charity initiatives A global employee assistance programme to support your wellbeing Recognition through a global platform that celebrates your achievements What makes a Globalpayer?
