Senior Licensed Surveyor (PLS)

Salary: $140,000-$180,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits, ESOP Are you a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) looking to lead exciting projects and make a lasting impact? We're partnering with a respected multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking a Senior Licensed Surveyor to join its growing Laurel, MD office! What You'll Do Lead and manage survey projects from proposal through final delivery. Oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic and construction surveys. Mentor and develop survey staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Review plats, legal descriptions, and survey documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. What You'll Bring Maryland Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity). 8+ years of land surveying experience. Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys. Experience managing projects, budgets, and survey teams. Excellent communication and client management skills.
