Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Caregiver to join our team in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. As a Jr. CHAMP , you will work closely with our clients, providing high-quality, in-home care while also supporting and mentoring our junior caregivers. This is an excellent opportunity for you to grow into a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, compassionate in-home care to our clients
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Support safe transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and sliding boards as needed
• Adapt to various client environments and care needs
• Maintain professionalism in every client home
• Communicate effectively with office staff and support team members
• Follow individualized care plans and document accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of caregiving experience
• Experience working with seniors in a home setting
• Competent in using Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and safe transfer techniques
• Comfortable working in homes with pets and smoking environments
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
