Mfg Engineering Technician- FAA (Days)

You will report directly to our Sr Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and you'll work out of our Woburn, MA location with an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems that drive our success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support manufacturing processes by troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.

• Assist in the implementation and optimization of manufacturing systems and processes.

• Lead and support calibration and preventative maintenance of production and test equipment.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient production operations and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to manufacturing processes

• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures

YOU MUST HAVE

• At least three (3) years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Experience with CAD software and manufacturing systems.

• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.

PAY EQUITY

The salary range for this position is ($22.21/hr- $33.36/hr.). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. FAA REQUIREMENTS
