General Production Worker

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime available up to 6:00 PM as needed)

Position Overview

The General Production Worker supports the manufacturing of hot tubs in a medium-sized production facility. This role involves assembling components, performing quality inspections, maintaining a clean work area, and working as part of a team to meet production goals while following established safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble hot tub components using hand and power tools according to production specifications.
• Perform quality checks on parts and completed products to ensure standards are met.
• Work in a cleanroom or controlled environment when required, following all cleanliness procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and proper tool usage procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
• Adapt to changing production needs and priorities as directed.
• Work overtime as needed, up to 6:00 PM.

Required Skills

• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Basic assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Availability to work 1st shift hours and overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working with various tools and production equipment.
• Flexibility to start on different days of the week if needed.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northumberland, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
