Regional Account Manager - US Gulf Region

Ecolutia Services is seeking a driven and commercially focused Regional Account Manager to drive our sales activities across the US Gulf Coast. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in industrial water treatment or services and a strong track record of developing and closing business in power, refining, petrochemical, chemical and other heavy industrial sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and delivering revenue growth by promoting our mobile and outsourced water treatment solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and developing new business to drive revenue growth across the Gulf Coast Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in line with annual targets Leverage existing relationships while actively building new customer connections Manage key accounts to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships Promote Ecolutia’s solutions across end‑user sectors and increase brand presence Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting Required Skills & Experience Proven success in industrial B2B sales and account management Experience selling water treatment solutions or other industrial services into power, refining, petrochemical, chemical, and other heavy industries. Strong understanding of industrial customer needs and business processes across the Gulf Coast Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with mobile or outsourced water treatment solutions is preferable Experience working with rental or service‑based business models is advantageous Qualifications Minimum two years of relevant industrial sales experience Knowledge of water treatment technologies (e.g. filtration, RO, ion exchange) Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related field preferred Valid US driver’s license, TWIC card and DISA eligibility required Competitive base salary, commission + performance‑based bonus Company paid medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) plan with company contributions Applicants must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
