About the Role
Want a hands-on job with a clear path into leadership? Service-Tech is hiring a Foreman-in-Training. You don’t need HVAC or industrial cleaning experience or any certifications. We’ll train you on the job. You’ll start as a technician, cleaning air ducts, kitchen hood systems, industrial ovens, building structures and machinery. As you learn, you’ll take on crew leadership, customer contact and job reporting. Once you’re promoted to Foreman, you get a pay increase.

What You’ll Do

• Professionally clean air ducts, kitchen exhaust hoods, industrial ovens, building structures, machinery and other areas
• Learn to lead and coordinate a technician crew on jobsites
• Talk with customers on site, including job walkthroughs and sign-off when the work is done
• Fill out job paperwork: service reports, before/after photos and timesheets
• Drive company vehicles to and from jobsites
• Follow all Service-Tech and customer safety policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Work at heights regularly: boom lifts, scissor lifts, step and extension ladders, and rooftops
• Lift equipment and tools from vehicles and carry them around jobsites
• Crawl on hard surfaces and reach overhead to clean elevated areas
• Wear a respirator, work in confined spaces and handle cleaning chemicals

Schedule

• Mostly 1st shift, with some 2nd shifts and weekends depending on customer needs
• Occasional travel required
