Aerotek is supporting ground-up warehouse construction projects in the Bridgeton, NJ area and is seeking experienced Electrician Mechanics for long-term work. Electrician Mechanics are paying $25–$40/hour. These projects are conduit-intensive and require electricians who can bend conduit efficiently, maintain production, and work safely in an active construction environment.

Electrician Mechanics will work on new construction projects performing electrical installations including running conduit, pulling wire, installing lighting and devices, and working from construction drawings. This is a production-driven role ideal for electricians who can maintain quality while working at a steady, fast pace.

• Install and run electrical conduit systems for warehouse ground-up construction
• Bend conduit (up to 1”) using hand and mechanical benders
• Run and secure both overhead and underground conduit per code and project specs
• Pull, route, label, and terminate electrical wiring
• Install lighting, fixtures, switches (including three-way), and electrical devices
• Wire control panels and boxes, including terminations and labeling
• Read and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and motor control schematics
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, controls, and equipment
• Operate scissor lifts to complete overhead work safely
• Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on the jobsite
• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience bending conduit (up to 1”) in a production environment
• Experience with overhead and underground conduit installation
• Experience installing lighting, switches, and electrical devices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems
• Ability to operate lifts and work at heights
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Electrical installation, commercial/industrial construction, conduit bending, EMT and rigid conduit, wire pulling and termination, lighting installation, control panel wiring, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and use of hand and power tools in fast-paced construction environments.

Location: Bridgeton, NJ

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Standard daytime hours (overtime available as needed)

Duration: Long-term warehouse construction projects with steady work

New construction warehouse projects

Work performed both indoors and outdoors

PPE required at all times: steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, and safety glasses

No live wire work required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Bridgeton,NJ.
