About This Role As an RN in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit/Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, you will provide patient-centered care to individuals recovering from complex cardiac procedures. This role is ideal for both experienced RNs and those seeking a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Highlights Location: Weston, FL Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to patients. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing Experience: One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Licenses & Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon or within one year of hire Benefits Benefit information not provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
