Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network. Partner with senior financial professionals to develop and strengthen client relationships. Gain expertise in financial services, insurance products, and client engagement strategies. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and manage an active sales pipeline. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to relocate following the training period. Ability and willingness to travel regularly. Life & Health and/or Property & Casualty insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain them. Preferred Previous sales, business development, customer service, or client-facing experience.
