You check patients out and collect copays. Your kind, friendly demeanor is often the final impression of their visit and stays with them, leading to return visits and referrals.You make appointments and follow up with patients. With attention to detail, you review pre-authorizations with patients and prepare financial contracts. You work closely with dentists and assistants to keep the schedule functioning efficiently, while ensuring that patients' needs are met. You take pride in helping to keep the office organized and patients happy!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DENTAL BUSINESS OFFICE TEAM MEMBERExperience in a dental officeOral Surgery office experience is of particular interest, but not requiredBasic math skillsBasic computer skillsExceptional customer service skillsAre you warm, personable, and empathetic?
