Full-time inpatient clinical position, located in Rutland, MA. Monday‑Friday, daytime, with on‑call rotation. The pay for this position starts at $61,200 / yr up to $67,484 / yr depending on experience and education. $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Job Description Devereux Massachusetts seeks a clinician for its Girls Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program. The program is a campus‑based residential program serving female‑identified and gender‑diverse youth aged 13 through 21 with mental/behavioral health and trauma disorders. The clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy; performs risk assessment; consults with the multi‑disciplinary team; and positively interfaces with external agencies. The primary clinical model is DBT, with TF‑CBT as stage 2 treatment, and all interventions are embedded within a trauma‑informed care milieu. Responsibilities The clinician: Provides individual, group, and family therapy. Conducts risk assessment. Consults with the multi‑disciplinary team. Interfaces positively with external agencies. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license required. Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or related field required. Relevant behavioral experience required. Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, in Rutland, MA.
