This is a remote position. The Senior QA Specialist provides advanced oversight of quality assurance initiatives and leads testing efforts on mission-critical systems. It involves mentoring QA teams and driving the development of comprehensive test strategies. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing and process adherence. It collaborates with various departments to resolve complex issues and implement improvements. Candidates with EPIC certification are highly desired and preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: • Guide and coach QA teams on testing methodologies and process improvements. • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies for large projects. • Serve as a liaison with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Requirements: • 6+ years of QA experience in complex, multi-tiered environments. • Advanced knowledge of test management tools and methodologies. • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in quality assurance processes.
