Minimum of 2 years serving experience required. Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with menu items. Must demonstrate the ability to upsell and drive revenue. Knowledge of POS Systems helpfulEssential Tasks: Provide superior table service to the guest per Cambria standards. Upsell items that generate additional revenue for the restaurant while satisfying the guest. Complete all payment transactions per hotel policies and procedures. Perform duties per shift including setup and cleanup. Clean and reset tables per standard. Seat guests. Serve room service orders per Cambria standards and guidelines. Familiarize with open table to input reservations according to standard. Answer phones within 2 rings. Participate and attend pre-shift meetings or huddles. Execute other duties as assigned by managers/supervisorsOther desired skills: Flexibility. Comfortable with making empowered financial decisions. Able to work within a team. Leadership mentality.
