The Role

We are looking for a skilled Account Partner to drive sales and customer success for Veeva LIMS (Laboratory Information Systems) Basics, a new, rapidly growing application for emerging biotechnology companies. This exciting, high-impact opportunity requires both experience selling QC-focused technology and entrepreneurial mindset around bringing a new application to market within an established industry leader. To be successful in this role, proactivity, strategic thinking, adaptability and working effectively within a growing team are critical. You also must exhibit a collaborative, team-first work style, growth mindset, and strong judgement.

What You'll Do

• You will be a foundational member of the Veeva LIMS Basics General Availability launch team and help establish the product as the go-to LIMS solution for biotechs with virtual QC operations

• Achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals

• Identify the right LIMS Basics prospective customers, execute LIMS Basics sales motion, and manage the full customer lifecycle

• Understand Veeva LIMS Basics and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy

• Act with urgency, integrity, and a core focus on customer success

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience

• Experience selling solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsors preferred

• Entrepreneurial instincts. Ability to understand strategy and connect it to operation

• Demonstrated success in consultative sales role to C-Level executives

• Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to C-Level executives

• Have a creative mindset to make things happen

Compensation

• Base pay: $80,000 - $300,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
