Key Responsibilities Perform clerical and supportive tasks within a hospital unit, acting as a receptionist and assisting the patient care team. Greet patients and visitors, manage patient charts, handle communication, and maintain the unit's organization and supplies. Reception and Communication. Patient Chart Management. Clerical Support. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
