Role Overview

This position supports organizational compliance with regulatory and technical standards across various operational areas. The role focuses on assisting with documentation, monitoring, and evidence collection processes to ensure adherence to reliability, security, and regulatory requirements.

Assignment Details

• Duration: Initially a 1-year assignment, with potential extension for an additional year
• Conversion: Possible full-time employment based on performance and business needs (not guaranteed)
• Interview Process: One interview round with the hiring manager and two team supervisors
• Work Location: Full-time onsite (5 days per week)
• Work Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break)

Key Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team-oriented mindset
• Preferred: Experience with tools such as Power BI or Smartsheet
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing compliance documentation for regulatory filings, including self-certifications and audit evidence packages
• Review operational logs and technical data to ensure compliance with reliability and security standards
• Maintain compliance tracking systems and organize documentation repositories for audits
• Support internal audit activities by collecting and validating required documentation
• Monitor updates to technical and regulatory standards and communicate changes to the team
• Participate in compliance-related training programs
• Follow standard procedures for documentation and reporting
• Identify and escalate potential compliance gaps to appropriate team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level role; no prior experience required (relevant exposure or internships are a plus)
