Principal Chemical Engineer

As a Principal Chemical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in a team of chemical engineers to transfer our technology to our customers as also in the development and implementation of innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement, provide technical expertise and guidance to our customers, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will oversee the design, construction, and operation of chemical processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will report directly to our Senior Chemical Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Des Plaines, Illinois location on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. In this role, you will have impact by building collaborative relationships with our customers, providing technical leadership in internal projects, helping to set strategic direction, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
