HR Generalist Recruit, Onboard & Develop in a Purposeful Nonprofit
Beacon Group
Beacon Group is seeking an energetic Human Resource Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.
The role may involve health and safety duties and requires strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of HR principles. A CPR/AED/FA instructor certification is a plus, reflecting a readiness to contribute to our safety training efforts.
