In this role, you will work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and operations to develop accurate project budgets, scopes, and proposals. You will play a critical role in helping secure and launch exciting architectural and construction projects by combining technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills. What You’ll Be Doing Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents Performing quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis Developing scopes of work and preparing competitive bid proposals Preparing RFIs and communicating with clients and project stakeholders Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and vendor pricing #J-18808-Ljbffr synergillc
