Mechanical Designer

JOB SUMMARY The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for creating mechanical engineering drawings and designs specific to the parcel industry. The Mechanical Designer works under the day‑to‑day direction of the Principal Engineer and interfaces with other engineering staff to ensure designs are functional, efficient and safe. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Produce mechanical installation drawings for parcel handling projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistent design practices. Prepare AutoCAD drawing sets for permits, installation, and as‑built conditions. Other responsibilities as needed. General office hours are M-F, 8a-5p with varied hours as needed to support project deadlines.
