Compliance Manager, Customs

Manage the DSV Customs Compliance initiative Manage DSV Customs Brokerage Operations at a national level Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program aligned with Customs regulations and DSV A/S, Inc. policies Monitor and assess compliance risks and identify areas for improvement Conduct regular audits and reviews for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies Provide guidance and training to employees on Customs compliance matters Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement compliance strategies Investigate and address compliance-related incidents, violations, and complaints Monitor regulatory and legislative changes to keep the compliance program current Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies Lead and support internal investigations and audits Develop and maintain compliance documentation and record-keeping Requirements Bachelor’s degree with preference in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business, or equivalent US Customs Broker License Experience with audit processes and procedures Working knowledge of USHTS, 19 CFR, and ACE portal Experience developing and implementing Customs compliance programs and policies Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Customs compliance management Ability to learn and utilize software information systems Strong knowledge of Customs compliance frameworks and best practices Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation techniques Experience with ACE Secure Data Portal Fluent in English (oral and written) Proficient in compliance management software and tools Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools Ability to adapt to new technology platforms used in compliance management Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Customs compliance management, including the development and implementation of compliance programs, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.
