Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements
- Current nursing license
- Experience in an operating room setting
- Ability to supervise staff and delegate care effectively
- Knowledge of best practices for patient care and safety
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee the delegation of appropriate care
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care
- Manage resources effectively related to patient care
- Participate in the facility's quality assurance and improvement processes
Compliance / Notes
Call is required: 1 weekday shift weekly and 4 twelve-hour shifts on weekends. Must be able to take both AM and PM shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Dress code: Nurse scrubs - NAVY BLUE. Parking instructions will be provided.
