Project Manager - Commercial ConstructionGranger, IN 46530OverviewPosition Type: Full Time Job Shift: Any Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Category: DesignConstruction ManagerProject Manager - Commercial ConstructionAnchor Construction is looking for a strong Project Manager with Commercial Construction expertise to join our team!ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage construction projects from inception to completionResearch and maintain knowledge of building application methods and materialsProvide technical guidance to the construction team: Review drawings and specificationsEnsure that designs comply with client expectationsFacilitate collaboration between disciplines to ensure seamless integration of construction elementsManage subcontractor selectionManage subcontracts, change orders, and paymentsPrepare and review construction proposalsCreate and maintain construction budgets and schedulesAct as a main point of contact for client counterpart on the project Assist in developing and reviewing contract documentsParticipate in project meetingsUnderstand client needs and requirementsProvide expert advice and solutionsPerform regular site inspections and on-site coordination with superintendent with site progressProvide guidance to subcontractors by helping them interpret design specifications, related to project proposalsResponsible for Request for Information (RFI) processResponsible for Change Order processManage regular update meetings with clientRequirementsHigh School DiplomaAt least 5-10 years of relevant experience with managing commercial projects, with a focus on ground up constructionHands on experience with ProcoreProficiency with applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalMust be a team player with strong organizational skillsWillingness to travel within the continental US, including overnight tripsFounded in 2006, Anchor Construction pushes the boundaries of design-build excellence.
