Nurse Practitioner / PA - 4-Day Week | $180K | No Call | No Weekends

Join a growing outpatient primary care practice in California's Central Valley as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — earning $140,000–$180,000 annually on a Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with three-day weekends every week, no nights, no weekends, and no on-call. This is an early-stage practice where you help shape how things run instead of inheriting someone else's system, with an on-site medical director backing you up on complex cases and real room to grow as the practice scales.
