Minimum 3 years of HR experience. Experience administering payroll and benefits. Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience leading annual benefits renewals and open enrollment processes, including broker management, carrier negotiations, employee communications, and benefits administration. Preferred Experience And Qualifications SHRM or HRCI certification. Multi-state HR experience. Healthcare industry experience.
