A growing and employee-focused organization in Southern New Hampshire is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner closely with leadership across multiple areas of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with broad exposure to payroll, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, benefits administration, and safety initiatives.

We are looking for an organized, proactive HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee support and operational involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees
• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, and updates
• Coordinate recruiting efforts including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee files and HR records
• Support employee training initiatives and annual policy-related training
• Manage compensation updates and maintain pay records
• Assist with performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure HR policies remain compliant and up to date
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and OSHA documentation
• Participate in safety meetings and shop floor audits
• Assist with strategic planning initiatives
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events
• Provide additional HR support as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience required
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
• Proficiency with HR systems and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service mindset with a team-oriented approach
• Experience utilizing AI tools or technology is a plus

Schedule

This is a fully onsite role based in Hudson, NH.

9/80 Work Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Alternating Fridays Off
