UniFirst is hiring a Route Coverage Specialist (Route Sales and Service Rep) in Springfield, MO. Interviews are available one day only, in-person on Wednesday, July 8, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The salary is $63,573.41. The position is full-time, Mondays through Fridays, with no weekends, 45-50 hours a week, starting times between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. Overnight runs are available Monday through Thursday. A UniFirst Route Coverage Specialist covers delivery routes for unavailable Route Service Representatives (RSRs), delivering and picking up products, providing customer service, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction and build relationships. The role requires proficiency across multiple routes, accurate record-keeping, vehicle maintenance, safe driving, and effective communication with customers and leadership.

• Route Coverage: Learn multiple routes to provide seamless service when an RSR is absent.
• Product Delivery & Pickup: Safely load, transport, and unload clean garments and other products to customers, while also collecting soiled items.
• Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service, resolve customer requests independently, and build strong customer relationships.
• Operational Excellence: Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and ensure the safety and appearance of the assigned vehicle.
• Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer needs and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communication: Effectively communicate customer feedback and potential solutions to location leadership.
