About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal, hands-on leadership role with a direct impact on cash flow, strategy, and scalability. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to step into a CFO-level position and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role also involves managing cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial modeling, as well as leading job costing, WIP reporting, and project profitability tracking. The CFO will work in close partnership with the company's ownership on financial strategy and growth initiatives and will be instrumental in managing banking, lending, and external financial relationships. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of finance or accounting experience, with a preference for those with a background in construction, contracting, or project-based industries. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cash flow forecasting and job costing/WIP, and the role is well-suited for professionals such as Controllers, Senior Accountants, or Finance Managers who are ready to step into a CFO-level leadership role.
