Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! $43,000- $50,000. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Bonus and PTO. Be in the middle of the action on a highly productive team! Responsibilities: * Team Member execution and overall performance * Providing the ultimate experience for our customers * Ensuring our team is fully staffed and helping the team get better through ongoing training, development and coaching * Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met and that all equipment functions properly * Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs * Qualifications: * Must have a passion for training and developing the team * Previous 2 years experience in restaurant management * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and communication skills * Must have a food handler certificate and an ATC card
