Administrative Assistant - FT

Seeking candidate to fill full-time position of Administrative Assistant. The position provides administrative and clerical support to the CEO, Administration, and other areas as assigned. Position works 32 hours per week.Must perform all duties in a professional manner, using appropriate discretion and confidentialityAbility to communicate with visitors, patients, physicians, and co-workers effectively in a courteous and professional mannerMust possess excellent clerical skills, have ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and organize work flow in fast paced office settingMust be computer literate, proficient with keyboarding, and skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.Must be a self starter, and be able to work well independently, or in group situations as needed Must have High School Diploma or equivalentPrefer candidates to have minimum of 2 years previous work experience as executive support staff or management support staff in hospital or healthcare settingMedical Terminology
